Established in 2016 by brothers Smith & Onel Desir, Changing Life Resource Center INC. (CLRC) is a non-profit, Christian-based organization. We currently operate in Tampa, Florida and La Gonâve, Haiti to provide support and services to those in our community, regardless of race, color, or religious status.
As a small team of volunteers, we are dedicated to playing a relevant role in helping to change lives, which we see as opportunities to exercise God’s gracious love.
Our hope is that those we serve are able to function better in society today, and that their own progress will inspire them to plan and work toward a brighter future.
To provide programs that serve the community and its individuals using spiritual, intellectual & material resources.
